The Art and Science of M.O.M.’s Tea Virtual Summer Camp Series {Lesson 3: HOW THINGS GROW}

Lesson three builds upon the concept of planting, growing and harvesting. In previous lessons, we learned that tea is a plant that grows from a seed. Most things on earth (including human beings) start out as a seed. When a seed is planted it requires a certain level of care and nourishment in order for it to grow and produce. Some plants produce fruit, others spices. We will experiment with different herbs grown in my balcony garden, brew one of M.O.M.’s favorite teas.
